The total design scale of the project is 750 tons of domestic waste per day. The service scope covers the whole area of Liangshan County and surrounding counties. It can handle 270000 tons of urban and rural domestic waste annually, generate 104 million kWh of electricity annually, save 41900 tons of standard coal and reduce 103300 tons of carbon dioxide annually.

The project has realized the harmless, reduced and resourceful treatment of domestic waste in Liangshan County and its surrounding areas, played an important role in promoting the integration of urban and rural sanitation and building a new countryside, and has good ecological, social and economic benefits.
